Becoming a Fellow

ATC is looking for talented, high-achieving individuals who demonstrate a commitment to our core values:

  • desire justice for historically underserved and marginalized students in economically disadvantaged areas;
  • honor community through service projects and leadership opportunities;
  • model growth and reflection through continual learning with a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any field;
  • exemplify academic excellence in their work with a minimum 2.75 GPA, 21 ACT, and/or 1510 SAT.
